The management group for the project to secure the future of
health care
The management group approves the project’s action plan to implement the decision
in principle, and it monitors and assesses the implementation of the decision in principle
of the Council of State. When required to do so, it also makes proposals on such
continuing actions as are not included in the decision in principle of the Council of
State but which are required to ensure health care for the population. Permanent Secretary
Markku Lehto of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health serves as the chairman of the
management group.
